We recently had a provider stay at the Comfort Inn. While I cannot personally speak to the condition of the rooms, I would like to highlight the exceptional customer service I received. I needed specific documentation regarding our provider’s stay, and Annie went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining the information. Her professionalism and hospitality were truly appreciated. Because of this positive experience, we will continue to use this hotel for our providers’ future accommodations.
If you stay anywhere else traveling trhough Abilene you just missed out on one of the greatest bargains I've ever experienced. This hotel was great, our room was huge and the bed was very very comfortable. And what did all thus luxury cost.....$70 bucks. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly lady who made us feel welcome and checked us in quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and well designed. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft but not so soft that they disappeared to nothing when you laid on them. The bathroom was a nice size with plenty of room and the shower had plenty of hot water. Can't recommend this place more 5 star, A+++
Daytime staff was great, nighttime staff was OK. The room was clean and was great. The pool and hot tub area was clean and enjoyable. My only complaints are the parking and breakfast. There was not enough parking, and breakfast was mediocre at best. Whoever was in charge of breakfast, didn't even fill anything up. Everything was half empty or even completely empty(condiments, food etc) I was extremely disappointed. Edit: The breakfast was much better the next morning! The staff working was great!
Slow to get checked in, was a line. Friendly front desk lady. Room was clean and decent especially for the price.
Breakfast was the best Ive had at any hotel in a long time. Well stocked, fresh, clean area. VERY attentive Breakfast staff! Room was nice, lots of space, HOT water, clean. The moisture barrier on the bed gets a -10 rating. Sweated all night, even with the ac turned down low. AC worked really good. Pool doesnt open til TEN AM, but checkout is at 11???? What rocket scientist thought up that one? Overall a nice place, definitely would stay again, dont plan on swimming in the morning! 4.0 only because of the moisture barrier issue, and the very late pool opening.
Went for a business trip and was greeted by Zach. He was polite and helpful. Comfortable stay and nice and quiet when time for bed. Jacuzzi not so hot and pool not so warm. But overall I will comeback and stay again.
Clean rooms and the staff was very pleasant to deal with they even allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. So we could help take care of our daughters check in at college
I booked the wrong side of town. But I had such a lovely experience and to tell you the truth, it was very good that I was able to drive around Abilene and drive through Abilene. I went places that I wouldn't have gone. And the staff was great. The breakfast was great. And the pool was indoors.
